Refund policy
Damaged or Defective Orders
Important: Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item you received was incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 5 business days after the product has been received so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue, as well as provide additional instructions.
To be eligible for a return, the damaged items being returned must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number and date of purchase.
To ensure you receive credit for a return follow this guideline:

Before sending packages back, fill out the support form or email support@subdizen.com directly within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

After a return authorization is issued, Subdizen must receive the returned item(s) within 7 business days after the return authorization has been approved.
- Items to be returned must be returned unused and unworn with all original items and tags included.
- The original cost of the shipment will not be refunded or credited.
- We do not issue return labels, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the order.
- When selecting a courier for the return, ensure that you obtain a tracking code or proof of delivery in case your package being returned is lost in transit.
- We do not provide credit or reimbursements for packages lost in transit without submission of proper proof of delivery or tracking codes for returned items.
Once the return is accepted, we will apply the credit to your account, and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Important: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please fill out the support form or email us at support@subdizen.com.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the limited quantities produced, we don’t accept exchanges. Review the sizing charts when ordering to find the best fitting product. Consider a larger size if you prefer an oversized fit.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
If an incorrect address was provided and/or the courier considers the address insufficient to make the delivery, the shipment will be returned back to the facility. Once a correct address has been confirmed, the order can be reshipped to the updated address. You are responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Deliveries
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned back to the facility can be reshipped. If you would like the purchased item reshipped, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Packages Lost In Transit
Claims of packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once the claim is submitted, we will review the issue to determine if there was an error on our part.
